Hi I'm Desiree, I am the Floor Manager at our salon. I've been doing hair for over 11 years now and I am just loving every minute of it. I am very passionate about my job. I am enjoying learning new techniques with color, styling as well as extensions and permanent straightening applications.
This is our Sandy, she worked for Shear Designs for 25 years. Sandy was our rock and mentor. Her heart and soul runs through every part of this salon and us. Sandy will be missed for sure as it was time for her to put her scissors down and spend time with her family but we hold her smile and laughter daily in everything we do!
I'm Tara, I help out with the day to day operations of the salon. I love being able to balance family life and have my salon family as well!
We get to expand our knowledge every day from cutting to coloring to manicures and pedicures and what ever is new in this great industry like Brazilian Blowouts. it is so great to be able to make people so happy everyday with your job.
Hi, I'm Joy, I invite you to come relax and enjoy yourself in my salon, you will be able to see why I have loved owning this salon for 29 years now! My heart & soul runs through these walls and my staff amazes me daily.
This is an ever-changing industry and its truly exhilarating! I opened this business because I wanted to work in a salon where everyone came to work every day absolutely loving what they did and where they did it!

Hi I'm Jillian and I have been a hair dresser for 8 years now. It's a great feeling when you can have such a passion for your job. I am self taught with cornrows, dreadlocks, and I specialize on ethnic hair.
I also am trained in spray tanning, temporary lashes, and acrylic nails. I enjoy all aspects of this business. Please come enjoy some relaxing time at the salon with me.

Jill is our Salon Coordinator, She maintains and oversees the daily operations of what happens behind
the scenes of Shear Designs. If we need it Jill makes it happen. If at any time you need to book a wedding with us Jill is who will help you will all your needs.
Jill maintains the highest level of customer care for all our guests. :)
These two amazing twins Daytona & Blayne are what help us with the salon's everyday functions. It takes a lot to make our day run smoothly and we run much better when these smiling faces are here.
We are excited to have Kirra as part of our TEAM! Starting her career, she is so excited to hit the ground running in this industry. She loves the world of colors and can't wait to get you in her chair. She is the first person you will see as she is a big part of our front desk team as she starts her career. Welcome Kirra :)
